Team meetings should be dynamically facilitated. Then people feel empowered to work creatively and collaboratively. It's not enough to just have team meetings. It's the quality of thinking that is crucial.
- Transforming large systems using a Wisdom Council
The Wisdom Council process can engage the people of a large organization in one creative, thoughtful conversation even when people work at different times or the organization has hundreds of thousands of people. This process is new but being tested in government agencies, corporations, and other large systems.
