Dynamic
Facilitation® is a distinctive new way to help people
address difficult issues creatively and collaboratively and
achieve breakthrough results. It establishes
Choice-creating, a special
quality of conversation that welcomes divergent
perspectives; builds mutual respect, trust and a sense
of community; and allows the emergence of new, practical
solutions.
The dynamic facilitator (DF’er) plays an active role,
helping people follow their heart more than a preexisting
agenda. The DF’er helps people address issues they really
care about, whether they seem solvable or not. Each person
speaks naturally while the DF’er assures that it is heard,
respected and contributes to a joint solution. The DF’er
follows and supports a spontaneous, non-linear flow of
conversation, while making space for each perspective.
Shifts and breakthroughs are the natural result, taking the
form of a new, practical solution, a new sense of what the
“real problem” is, or a palpable and shared change of
heart.
