Our facilitation process,
the Wisdom
Council, and Creative Insight
Council are new whole-system change processes designed
to help you awaken the spirit of community, commitment,
creative collaboration, and insight throughout your
organization or community. They are unique, reliable,
and cost-effective.
Outcomes:
- Significant and complex issues that affect people throughout your organization or agency are raised, addressed, and resolved in a creative and effective manner.
- Increased morale, energy, and initiative resulting in widespread participation to address issues that matter.
- Aligned action emerging from a greater sense of “We.”
Possible Structure:
Using random selection or your usual public meeting
process, we work with you to bring together a microcosm of
your whole organization or community. This microcosm
participates in an intensive, open-ended immersion in the
choice-creating process, which encourages participants to
explore their biggest issues in a creative manner to
discover what is best for all. The learning and outcomes
from this group are then shared back with the larger whole,
in order to deepen conversation, discover common ground,
and catalyze change throughout the organization or
community.
